Conformity Testing Is Now Standard at Peptira & Southern Aminos
A few months ago, I made this post about conformity testing and why it matters. Today, I'm excited to confirm: Peptira and Southern Aminos are implementing conformity testing across the board on ALL peptides. Some batches are already complete. More coming soon. This is what happens when a community demands transparency and quality. You guys are literally pushing the entire industry forward. Quick Recap: What Is Conformity Testing? Most vendors test ONE vial per batch and ship thousands based on that single COA. Conformity testing = testing MULTIPLE vials from the same batch to verify consistency across the entire production run. The gold standard? 3 vials per batch. Three random samples. Three separate analyses. Three results that should align closely. Why not test every vial? Because testing destroys the vial—it gets opened, analyzed, and that peptide is gone. Test 1,000 vials, you'd have 1,000 COAs and zero product. Conformity testing is the practical middle ground that gives you real confidence that what's on the COA represents what's in YOUR vial. šŸ”¬ Shop These Vendors Peptira – Code: DEREK šŸ‘‰ https://peptira.com/?ref=Derek Southern Aminos – Code: DEREK15 šŸ‘‰ https://southernaminos.com/?coupon=derek15 This is the power of informed buyers. When we collectively demand better standards, vendors listen. Thanks for being part of this shift. šŸ™Œ

🚨 The Retatrutide Side Effect No One Talks About: Elevated Resting Heart Rate
Everyone's focused on the incredible fat loss results with retatrutide, but there's a critical side effect that's flying under the radar: significantly elevated resting heart rate. This isn't your typical GLP-1 nausea that goes away in a few days. This is a cardiovascular effect that demands respect and careful attention. What's Actually Happening in Your Research Models? Retatrutide is a triple agonist - GIP/GLP-1/glucagon. That third component, glucagon, is what sets it apart from tirzepatide and semaglutide, and it's also what's driving this side effect. Here's the mechanism: Glucagon receptor activation: - Dramatically increases metabolic rate and energy expenditure (great for fat loss) - Activates the sympathetic nervous system (your "fight or flight" response) - Stimulates thermogenesis (heat production) - Increases cardiac output to support elevated metabolism The result? Your heart starts beating faster to keep up with the increased metabolic demand. This isn't a bug - it's a feature of how the compound works. But it comes with real implications. The Clinical Trial Data In Eli Lilly's Phase 2 trials: - Average RHR increases of 5-10 bpm were common - Some subjects saw increases of 15+ bpm - The effect was dose-dependent (higher doses = higher RHR) - The elevation persisted throughout treatment duration - It didn't just "go away" after a few weeks like GI side effects To put this in perspective: if your baseline RHR is 65 bpm and you jump to 80 bpm, that's your heart beating an extra 21,600 times per day. Over a year? That's nearly 8 million extra heartbeats. Why This Matters More Than You Think An elevated RHR isn't just uncomfortable - it has real physiological implications: Cardiovascular strain: - Increased workload on the heart muscle - Higher oxygen demand - Potential for increased blood pressure - Greater stress on the cardiovascular system long-term Quality of life impacts: - Feeling "wired" or anxious - Poor sleep quality - Reduced exercise capacity - Palpitations or awareness of heartbeat

Companies Discontinuing Their GLP-1s in 2025
Before You Panic This Is Just An Announcement To Keep You Informed Please Read Everything! Several vendors have announced they're discontinuing their GLP-1 product lines effective January 1st to stay compliant with either their processor or something else coming. Not all companies are doing this - just some of the major players being proactive about compliance. Vendors Discontinuing GLP-1s: Simple Peptides - Code: DEREK Alpha Omega Peptide - Code: DEREK Modern Aminos - Code: DEREK Omegamino - Code: DEREK What You Need to Know: āœ… These codes work until December 31st āœ… Other peptides will remain available at these vendors āœ… Not all vendors are discontinuing - just these major ones being proactive āœ… It may hit other companies too, but I haven't heard from anyone else on the list yet Note: I've added a yellow "Discontinued 12/31" badge on PeptidePrice.store for these vendors' GLP-1 listings so you know exactly what's being pulled. Most other vendors on the site haven't announced any changes check the site for full availability. The regulatory landscape is evolving, but for now, plenty of options remain available. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on these specific changes. Questions? Drop them below šŸ‘‡

F-D-A is notified of COAs done - it’s nice to have these of course but it also gives a digital track record of the tests and who’s ordering them. Double edged sword

@Derek Pruski I think it’s more like a trail of bread crumbs . It’s needed I understand just seems like we have to keep bobbing and weaving the punches - and we will .
Skool Promoting Peptides... WTF is Happening?
I've been getting a lot of questions about that recent ad Skool put out, and it seems like they may have shifted their strategy a bit. Let me catch you up on where things stand. If you weren't aware, I was told my community was getting banned for "promoting peptides." I was given a couple of days to delete all my content and clean everything up. So I pushed back: - Show me your guidelines (there were none) - Which specific rule did I break? - How is my community any different from creators X, Y, and Z? I got no real answer. Since then? Radio silence. We've been in this weird limbo where I haven't heard a word. Here's the plan: We'll ride this out and keep the Skool community alive for as long as we can. But community.peptideprice.store is staying up no matter what—because I don't trust any public platform at this point. I've been banned too many times to not have a backup. I spent a lot of time building that space specifically so we'd never lose what we've created here together. Community Reminders: - All posts and recommendations are for research use only - No injection talk or human consumption talk (these will be removed) - Use "RS" (Research Subject) terminology - You accepted when joining that nothing here constitutes medical advice—this is purely for research purposes - Please use the search function—there's probably already a post answering your question Appreciate you all. We'll keep building. šŸ™ — Derek
