I use PT Distinction; everyone has their own copy and fills it in. The aim is to progress in reps, then weight. RM target is 6-8, weight increments of 2.5Kg (5lbs). If they can do 8 or more reps next visit, the weight goes up. Sorry, I don't know you well enough to add a picture of my tool!🤣🤣🤣
