Late introduction 🫣
Hello, my name is Emma and I live in Manchester in the UK. This is the third time I've tried writing this, constantly getting distracted and then coming back to finish but it's disappeared! Anyone else? Anyway I wrote loads before and probably over shared, but I've already forgotten what I wrote. I basically struggle in all aspects of my life. Everything and anything, organisation, friendships, family, self care, work, house work, confidence, liking myself, knowing who I actually am without the million different masks I've worn all my life. Hoping to feel less stuck, find the real me and find some joy in life. I want to be able to get all the stuff done that's in my head. All the things I used to enjoy, I can't find joy in them anymore, I only realised I might have ADHD after my adult son was diagnosed and I was diagnosed last year in May. Being in perimenopause has made my ADHD move profound. Picture I took of a winter sunset on a walk.

Hi Emma, Im in London UK. I can relate very much, as I struggled in the past with perimenopause symptoms. Let me know if you need some help with stuff around perimenopause.
Hello! I'm not late, I'm just making an entrance...
Just arriving in my usual fashion. I'll keep it brief (Hmmm... let's see...). I'm not loving the perimenopause / ADHD combo (not officially diagnosed but let's just say I have a VIP pass to the Neurospicy lounge...) BUT I do love learning, new stuff, performing, community, connection, having fun and meeting new people. So I look forward to meeting some of you! :-) Oh, and I'm in Cambridgeshire, UK. :-)

Day 2 insight report made me cry
Completed the 3 deep questions on AI platform for Day 2 and it made me cry. I have been an overachiever, people pleaser and care taker. It made me realise I have such a beautiful artistic soul ❤️💕
I'm Rhoda from London
Hi, my name is Rhoda, I’m from London, and I work as an Occupational Therapist in Mental health practice. I have experience with working with people with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, perimenopause women, and dementia. I have an eight year old son who has a diagnosis of ADHD. I don’t have a diagnosis but after researching, reading, and starting a training to be an ADHD Clinical practitioner: I think I have ADHD. You can ask me questions about: 1. Occupational Therapy in mental health 2. How to get a diagnosis for you ADHD child in UK 3. Perimenopause; anxiety and food supplement 4. The Philippines (this is my home country) I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: 1. Be part of this great ADHD community 2. To rewire my brain 3. Understand myself better 4. Learn strategies to stop procrastinating 5. Learn from others through their experiences For fun, I like to: 1. Walk in the park, play with my son 2. Go to the beach, ride on the boat, go kayaking 3. Racing or shooting game on arcade ( I haven’t really done this for a long time but I used to like doing this when I was younger)
