π Monthly Challenge #8: Fuel Your Run π½οΈ
Your challenge this month: pay attention to what you eat before, (during) and after your runs, and share an update once a week for 4 weeks. This is NOT about eating perfectly. It's about being curious and intentional about how nutrition affects your running. β
Rules β¬οΈ 1οΈβ£ After at least one run per week, post an update using this format: [Your Name β Fuel Log #1], [Your Name β Fuel Log #2], and so on until you hit 4 comments total. 2οΈβ£ Each update should include what you ate before, during (if anything), and after your run, and how you felt.
