New to The Group
Hello everyone. I just moved to Tampa from South Florida and I have been practicing breathwork by watching YouTube. I'm actually relying on it now, to get through my days. I was just seeking out like minded practicers. My peers don't understand it or have interest. I'm just attempting to meet more people who understand the power of. Breathing.

Routine
Today I started with a Solid Routine. I tried a 4,7,8 breathing from YouTube, it actually was the most calming technique I have done so far. I just hope it lasts through the whole day.LOL
