Good morning, Why is it that reconnecting with our happiness, or identifying the emotions that keep us from experiencing life's wonder, can feel so elusive? As kids, we delighted in the first snowfall and the festive magic of Christmas. Our celebrations were filled with birthday parties and exchanging Valentine’s cards with friends. Sleepovers and family camping trips sparked excitement and created cherished memories. But now, those moments exist mainly as fond recollections. Adult life brings responsibilities—jobs, bills, household tasks, taxes—that tend to overshadow those simple joys. Imagine if we could recapture those enchanting feelings as grown-ups, if we could recognize the influences in our family histories that signaled our shift into adulthood and let go of the carefree spirit of our younger days. There is a method that not only helps us reclaim the magical sense of balance from those cherished moments but also allows us to experience it from a new perspective. This approach is known as “Conscious Contact.” By opening ourselves emotionally, we become able to feel not only the joyful memories, but also the challenges and lessons that shaped us. Imagine if we could decide which experiences and feelings to welcome into our lives. In truth, we can make that choice, and it’s truly meaningful to realize that the Universe continually offers us an abundance of blissful and magical sensations. When we choose to open our hearts and crown chakras, we invite the Christ light—an energy from heaven or divine source—into our beings. This radiant and transformative love can fill us, sometimes causing sensations like tingling or warmth throughout our bodies. Yet, what prevents us from fully embracing and experiencing this love? Why do we struggle to become vessels of this energy, feeling its abundance within ourselves? The answer often lies in the barriers we carry adult attitudes that restrict our openness and inherited family patterns that maintain limitations. These blockages can hinder our ability to freely welcome and feel the unconditional love that God offers.
