@Shine On how does this make it the slowest day of the year? Separate but similar, I love that our orbit isn't truly an ellipse but is heliocentric, as we are basically chasing after/being dragged behind the sun flying through space at incredible speeds

I am still trying to make sure I understand what you are sharing, so please be patient with me🙏 Are you saying that linear time is bound to the Sun, and so the further we are from the sun, the slower our time moves, and the closer we are to the Sun, the more accurately bound to linear time we are?
Checking in
Hello Everyone, just checking to see how you are all doing today. I know yesterdays meditation and a few before have been alot. This is so you can begin to understand yourself better and how the energy inside you developes and you can begin to understan why. These next few weeks we will begin a more structured meditation, based on the intuitive awareness, then the empathic, for the next few months. I have also been processing through what I was already processing prior to the meditation. Heavy sleep and dreams and moving through the world like I am behind a veil or a layer away from everyone else. Been feeling into my body more as a result of the meditation as well. Like I shared after, the body sensation captured most all my attention during the meditation.
Energy vs vibration
What's the difference and what are some ways that it is being used?

I see energy as the source behind the vibration. They are connected but perceived differently. Like water and waves.
Clearing the way
I started a qi gong practice in the mornings, more like Shaolin Qi Gong. I was intrigued the moment I found it on YouTube. It's something that's in me that wants to be present in my life and it has taken me to a deeper level of consciousness in myself. I'm awake, im clear of the monkey mind, and it helps to remove me out of the way of prosperity, and allows the Universe to do its job in my life. I found a few easy exercises 7 and 13 min long. You would not believe the cracks and pops my body was making! Lol. I couldn't believe the most easiest body movements with breath could do so much! Anyway, im feeling much more in my body, balanced, confident, and awake. I've added as Andrew suggested, tea, cacao, and shakes with protein so im not grumpy. Love this! Another one I forgot to mention on your other post is a 10 minute series of Chinese lymphatic movements I use. I will definitely have to try out the Shaolin Qi Gong 🙏
Monkey Mind
What are some ways you find helpful to stay out the monkey mind set. To get completely or less brain chatter when starting your day. Is it possible to find peacefulness with a clean slate before beginning ypur day? What are some ways you find helpful?

This a regular challenge, and what works changes depending on the day. These are some of the more used ones: - Working out - Drinking tea in my yard - Like @Shine On said, walking - Brain dumping in my journal - Gratitude journaling - Burn incense & a candle with intent to clear my mind - Talking with the parts of myself who are in that monkey mindset to establish a time that we will address their thoughts and concerns
