🧠 WHO CAN FIX THIS, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT EDITION
You have just been assigned as the Salesforce Admin for a UK based logistics company called MetroFleet Logistics Ltd. The company wants to improve how they manage customer deliveries, driver updates, and support complaints inside Salesforce. But there is a problem. The Sales Team wants everything focused on customer accounts and revenue. The Operations Team wants delivery tracking to be the priority. The Customer Support Team wants complaint handling fixed first. The Finance Team wants reporting on refunds and failed deliveries. The Managing Director wants the project finished quickly, but every department keeps asking for different things. Everyone says their request is urgent. You now have four different teams, four different priorities, and no clear agreement on what should be built first. As the Salesforce Admin, what is the best first move? 💬 Vote and explain your thinking in the comments. This one is not just about Salesforce skills. It is about whether you can think like a real Salesforce Admin working with real business stakeholders.

🧠 WHO CAN FIX THIS, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT EDITION

The correct answer is: B. Collect requirements from all teams, identify the business goals, agree priorities with key stakeholders, and document the project scope before building. Imagine four people in a house all want different things at the same time: - One wants food 🍔 - One wants to watch TV 📺 - One wants to clean the house 🧹 - One wants to sleep 😴 If you only listen to one person, the others will become unhappy and the house becomes disorganized. A good Salesforce Admin is like the person organizing the house properly. You first: 1. Listen to everyone 2. Understand the most important business goals 3. Agree on priorities together 4. Make a clear plan before building anything That is called stakeholder management. Why the other answers are wrong: - A is wrong because only listening to senior management can ignore important business needs from other teams. - C is wrong because building random easy things first can create confusion and waste time. - D is wrong because “first come, first served” is not proper business prioritization. In real Salesforce projects, the best Admins do planning and communication first before touching the system.

Massive congratulations to you, Iqmot! 🎉👏🏾❤️ This is such a beautiful achievement and honestly very inspiring to see. Passing the Salesforce Administrative Certification on your first attempt is not a small thing at all. It takes discipline, sacrifice, consistency, and serious determination to reach that level. You truly earned this moment. Your testimony has genuinely motivated some of us who were still sitting on the fence wondering whether we could really do it. Seeing your success has increased my confidence by 200%. It is proof that with commitment, proper guidance, prayer, and hard work, success is absolutely possible. Special respect as well to Godwin Mbah for the impact and support. A good teacher can completely change someone’s journey. Wishing you even greater success ahead in your Salesforce journey. 🚨 Wishful Thinking and False Productivity, A Message From Me to You As We End the Week
As we end the week, I want this message to stay with you. Many people say they want to transition into tech, get certified, and change their lives, but desire alone is not enough. What Is Wishful Thinking? Wishful thinking is saying you want success, but having no clear study plan, no fixed study time, and no consistent practice. You cannot wish your way into Salesforce. You have to do the work. What Is False Productivity? False productivity is feeling busy without making real progress. Watching a session without practising. Attending a live class withought asking questions or watching the recording. Thinking the live class recording is only for people who missed the session Opening your laptop while checking your phone. Saying you studied, but not being able to explain what you learned. That is not progress, this is false productivity How To Fix It Set a clear study time. Watch missed recordings or sessions you attended too,as during the live class you can retain a maximum of only 45% of what was taught, the rest is in when you are rewatching and practicing. Practise inside your Developer Org. Post your progress iun the community Ask questions when you are stuck. Use Pathway AI to revise, ask questions, upload screenshots, practise, and get instant support faster. Final Word Do not just wish for a tech career. Build towards it with structure and discipline. As we enter a new week next week, ask yourself: What will I study? When will I study? What will I practise? That is how you move from wishing to winning. Kind regards Godwin

This is one of the realest messages I’ve seen in a long time. A lot of people love the idea of success, but very few are willing to embrace the discipline, sacrifice, consistency, and uncomfortable learning process that come with it. Tech is not magic. Certifications are not handed out because of motivation alone. Behind every successful transition is someone who kept showing up daily, even when tired, confused, or discouraged. “False productivity” is a dangerous trap in this generation — watching videos endlessly, joining every course, talking about goals, but never truly mastering the skill. Progress comes from deliberate practice, structure, repetition, and execution. This message is a reminder that dreams only change lives when hard work backs them up. Respect for sharing this powerful truth 👏🔥
