I have my first Ai consultation! but I could use some guidance
Hello Everyone! I have my first ai consultation on Friday with a personal injury law firm. I'm meeting them in person. They already answered most of the intake form, but I'm curious if anyone has some real world tips of what i could offer for this type of niche? Theyre also asking about my services and prices, so im still trying to figure that out as well. Ive been chatting with chatgpt and claude figuring out my gameplan, but if anyone has any real world examples or tips you could offer. i would Greatly appreciate it! 🙏

Thank you everyone for the advice! It's helped a lot in figuring out what to say and how to present myself. I'll keep everyone posted on my success or learning experience. Thanks again! 🙏

I appreciate everyone's help! the first meeting went well, they see me as an expert which is good. meeting with the owner of the law firm next week to go over what i can actually put together for them and even some marketing stuff also. So the next step i need to figure out is what to build and how to price it.
10 lessons from 1,150 AI agencies in Q3
Hey everyone, Sent this to the list late last week, posting here in case you missed it. We went back through Q3, 1,150+ agencies, and pulled the 10 biggest things separating the ones winning clients from everyone else. 1. Demos beat proposals. Too many agencies spend hours explaining what they could build. The better ones let the client see it. Thomas won a $20,000 healthcare project (search and drafting across 13,500 regulatory documents, plus a chat agent and a voice agent). Other firms pitched their systems. Thomas let the client use his. The client is no longer imagining whether you can deliver. (see #2 attached image) Next serious opportunity: build a small demo around one real piece of their workflow before you send another 20-page proposal. 2. Diagnostics beat discovery calls. Get paid to understand the problem first. Stephanie sold a $3,000 diagnostic to a health-tech startup one week after joining, a broken funnel across three products. (see #3 attached image) Instead of pitching software, she got paid to work out what was broken and why. Easier first purchase for the client, far better position for you to sell the implementation. Diagnose, put a number on it, then recommend. 3. In-person beats hiding behind your screen. Briland closed three clients in one week after meeting owners at in-person events. Three clients, three industries, one channel. (see #4 attached image) There are owners in your city at breakfasts, conferences and networking groups right now talking openly about problems they need solved. Find one room your ideal clients are already in and go this month. 4. Warm beats starting from zero. In Q3, 38% of new deals inside the Accelerator came from warm relationships: past clients, old colleagues, partners, friends. Yet owners ignore their network because cold outreach feels more scalable. Your warm network already has the hardest thing to manufacture: trust. Before another 500 cold emails, list 30 people who already know you.

really good tips in here. thanks for posting
Need better verbiage
Ive reached out to a few warm leads about ai audits, but they have no clue what that even is. is there a better way to approach them with what i offer in a way thats easier to understand. im following the course, but it doesnt help. it just keeps using more verbiage that the average person who has no clue about ai would even know. Looking back on it, its not a great first impression that they have to ask what im talking about or tell me they have no clue what it is. Thanks

Welcome! Introduce yourself + share what you're building 👋
Welcome! It's great to have you here. Before you introduce yourself, let me tell you why this community exists. 📍 Our mission The world is about to split between people who can use AI and people who cannot. We exist to stop that gap becoming permanent. This community exists to put you in that second group. My team and I run Morningside AI, a 7-figure AI business working with everyone from local companies through to Fortune 500s. Along the way, we created the AI Automation Agency (AAA) model: the framework thousands of people now use to start and scale their own AI businesses. Everything we teach comes straight from the frontlines. Not theory. Not guru talk. What's actually working right now, handed over. And we've watched complete beginners in here go from "I know nothing about AI" to landing their first paying clients. That's the whole point of this place. You're next. With that out of the way, start here 👇 1. Introduce yourself below. Drop a comment with: - Where in the world you're from - What you're building toward (first client? career change? scaling an agency?) - One thing you're stuck on right now 2. Then head to the Classroom → Start Here. It takes 10 minutes, and you'll know exactly what to do first. While you're in the comments, read a few intros. If someone's story sounds like yours, tell them. Some of the best client work in this community started with two members saying hi. See you inside, Liam 💪🏽
