Jan 28 lunch meet up at Fresco Pomona. Whoever wants to join. I’ll be going at 1:15/1:30 and if anyone wants to join me I’d be so happy to meet you!! We might even get free dessert but no promises 😅 We can plan our next get together while we’re there! Maybe snow tubing, maybe the salt cave, let’s plan a nice get together, together! 😍😍😍😍 I just want to add that one of the biggest problems in today’s day and age is that people don’t feel like they really have a community! Did you know that one of the biggest causes of living a long healthy life is not what you eat or drink or anything you would think but it’s actually completely based on the relationship relationships you have! When you have a community and people that you feel comfortable with and not judged by and can just relax and have fun together it actually has the greatest effect on your health! Believe it or not it’s what studies show. So I’m really working on making an effort to allow communities to form not only online but also in person. So I decided I’m not only inviting clients but I’m inviting whoever wants to join and I’m not making whole big deal about it. I’m just saying if one or two people I wanna meet me in a café come join. Maybe overtime this will grow into something much bigger but right now I don’t really care if it’s me alone or me with just one of you. Or with a whole bunch of you. Let me know if your coming tomorrow or just come!
