Really good bud. Can I just give you a little bit of advice if that's ok with no offence made. When you are talking to your puppet and they are talking to you make eye contact with them just as you are doing with your puppet when he is taking to you he looks at you when he is talking but your not looking at him to make it look like you are listening to him. I use to do it myself I never made any eye contact with mine at all I always use to watch the camera. But as I said brilliant mate.

Hi mate. I looked into this myself a few months ago. Before you start advertising yourself and going into any retirement homes you are going to need public liability insurance just so that you are covered if anyone trips over any of your equipment. Also are you a singer and ventriloquist or just a ventriloquist comedian the reason I'm asking is because if you are a singer and ventriloquist and doing cover versions of thesongs then you are going to need to get a licence that will let you sing them anywhere you go (Sorry I can't remember what the licence is called). Also see if you can just go around the homes and talk to the manager or see if they have an entertainment manager who organise these kind of events for them. I hope that this helps you out and gives you a bit more information to go on.

Hi Tim. If your on about oing live on tiktok You need to have at least 800 followers also if you go onto the tictok shop you get yourself a livestream streaming kit that you can plug your phone, your microphone and depending what you are going to be singing what ever system you are using but if I can into suggest get yourself a tablet if you haven't got one yet and you can plug that into the streaming device as mate. If you are on about youtube then you need to had 10000 subscribers before you do a livestream if I remember correctly I might be wrong on this one. But I hope that this helps you out a bit more mate.
