This week feels like Fire 🔥
This week feels like Fire moving through every layer of me. Not just inspiration or passion, but movement. Momentum. Action. The kind of energy that says it’s time. So much of what I’ve been working toward internally is now asking to become physical. Not more planning. Not more dreaming. Not more sitting in the emotions of it all. Movement. Choice. Action. Forward. But Fire has wisdom too. Fire can warm a home or burn it down depending on how it’s tended. I know when I work closely with Fire energy I can become intensely excited, inspired, and ready to leap before grounding myself fully into the moment. And sometimes that intensity can leave scars when I move faster than my nervous system, body, or spirit can actually hold. So this week is not about extinguishing the Fire. It’s about tending it consciously. Grounding before action. Breathing before reacting. Honoring my pace even while moving forward. Keeping Water nearby to soften and balance the intensity. Because true Fire energy is not reckless. It is focused. Intentional. Alive. This week is asking me to stop circling the doorway and finally walk through it. To trust the momentum I’ve built. To meet the opportunities in front of me with courage and embodiment. Less “one day.” More “today.”

Movies as mioors
There are certain movies that imprint on us when we’re young… and somehow keep calling us back during big transition seasons in life. For me, one of those movies is Pocahontas. It’s a story I return to again and again when I’m navigating change, identity, intuition, and big life choices. Stories speak to parts of us that logic can’t always reach — and I love using movies, shows, songs and books as mirrors for self-reflection 💫 So I thought it would be fun to invite you to play along. ✨ Here’s the game ✨ Comment the title of one song from the list below, and I will reply with reflection questions you can work with while listening to the song (or watching the movie). Then come back and tell me: What landed? What surprised you? What did you notice? Let’s turn movies into self-reflection tools together 🌙 Choose your song 👇 🍃 Just Around the Riverbend 🌬️ Listen with Your Heart 🍂 Colors of the Wind 🔥 Savages 💰 Mine, Mine, Mine 🥁 Steady as the Beating Drum ❤️ If I Never Knew You 🚢 The Virginia Company

Watch Me Mode Activated👀
You know that moment… When someone throws a little doubt your way, wraps it in a polite smile, and hands it to you like a “just being realistic” gift? And something inside you quietly whispers: *Oh… you have no idea what you just activated.* 😌 Welcome to ➖Watch Me Mode➖. It’s not loud. It doesn’t argue. It doesn’t post a 10-slide explanation. It just… calibrates. Focus sharpens. Energy aligns. Inner engine hums like it’s been waiting for this exact moment. Because here’s the thing: When others question your strength, they’re looking at your past version. Meanwhile, you’re already operating from a future self that’s been training in silence. Preparation looks boring from the outside. Consistency doesn’t trend. Inner work doesn’t make noise. But results? Oh, they speak fluent “told you so” without saying a single word. Remember: - What you believe to be true about yourself becomes the filter for everything you experience. - So when your self-concept says “I’ve got this,” reality starts rearranging furniture to match your mindset. No drama. No proving. Just embodiment. So next time someone doubts you… Don’t defend. Don’t explain. Just smile softly and think: “Perfect. Watch me.”☺️🚀
