Hey Sleepy Family, I know life might feel heavy right now. A lot of stress. A lot of noise. A lot of people carrying more than they’re admitting while trying to stay functional, productive, and “fine” while quietly running on fumes. I just released a new video called “Owning Our Side, Regulating Ourselves, and Moving Through the World with Integrity” (you could also call it The State of Things). In it, I talk about something I believe matters more than ever right now: 👉 tending to our own inner world so we don’t stack stress, live in reaction, or take our unprocessed stuff out on others. Thank you Daniel, I appreciate the reminder to slow down and tend my own garden. Releasing things I have no control over. Paying attention to my own nervous system. “Grounded, conscious ownership.” So good!
