Tuesday's Question Of The Day: What is your default way of being?
Are you naturally above the line: happy, joyful, creative, positive, focused, loving, and/or confident? Or are you naturally below the line (and it's not wrong): down, frustrated, perplexed, sad, defeated, brooding, and/or negative? For many of us, it's a struggle to hold onto the energy all the gurus and sages say we should embody for a joyful life. Yet, there are those that have mastered the art of being present, and are the true embodiment of their highest excitement. Can you strike a balance? Where do you fit in?
