Assistant Refers to Lead Name Instead of User Name
We're encountering an issue where, during calls, the AI introduces itself on behalf of the lead (e.g., 'AI assistant on behalf of [lead name]') instead of the user. We're using a custom value that contains the correct user name. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just wanted to confirm—does the Calling Snapshot only send the initial email confirmation, and should any additional confirmations be handled through the workflow?
