First Win: $2k/m + 33% of revenue - ad spend
Hey y'all. Just got money in the bank from first official client since joining the community and GHL. It's a 90 day pilot. Running $3k of monthly spend on meta + conversational AI follow-up for a regenerative medicine distributor. It's a good friend so excited about what this can grow into. My first solo meta ads campaign and conversional AI / SMS build out but I'm going to do everything I can to smash it. Hoping for a pure conversational + voice AI build-out for a high-flow business here soon, but wanted to share this win. If anyone has any experience running a B2B campaign to doctors would love to chat about it! Onward

I've done a bit of regenerative marketing for doctors mainly Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and some stem cells. Very familiar with some of the restrictions on Google and Facebook. Should have a plan to offer b2c marketing to their customers
Whoa….closed a $5K set up & $997/m
So I closed another one! A paver installing & sealing company that averages about $70K per month! Voice & Chat ai with sms & FB messaging. 5K for the set and 997 per month after. I remember one time when @Jeff Lopez & @Charles Guerra said that you can charge more than you think is absolutely true! Originally in my mind during the call I was going to say 1K set up & 497/m but once they said they are at $70K per month I said $5k and they didn’t even bat an eye! They are also spending $200 per day on Meta ads so this is a whale for me. Also sold them on a DBR for google reviews and sealing services. $399 per DBR. This particular one I’m excited for because they are hungry to scale and grow and they like that I’m local. That’s 3 total ai clients now.

Are you finding better luck with local companies vs anywhere USA
Quick question…
Does anybody use or have you used HL Pro Tools? I would love your honest feedback about any of their products or services. No real reason, just curious.

600 cold calls a day
Hey everyone I have not been as active as I have been testing a lot of different strategies for outreach. This will be a long post just a FYI. Sorry if there is wrong grammar I am doing this on my phone and just telling you the process. Just so you know I am just saying what worked for me. I am not an expert at out reach I was just trying a lot of methods to see what I was comfortable with. I messaged Jeff about 2 weeks ago and told him about this crazy plan of mine to get clients. Me and my cousin reached out to: -600 cold calls a day (300 a piece using a power dialer) -300 cold text a day (150 a piece) -10 looms a day -600 cold emails a day To be honest this was brutal and mentally exhausting but I learned so much from this in two weeks then any video on YouTube can teach me about outreach and cold calling hands down. First off I tried to focus more on volume. I was not trying to perfect my website ( I still do not have one), or wait on A2p, or build out my funnels. I knew the only way to grow is to talk to people. I moved to Ecuador from Philadelphia 8 months ago so I knew I could not network in person , or go door to door , or go to networking events. Here are my results from me and my cousin are now at 8 clients and we missed some days because we did get lazy over the holiday break thanksgiving just to be honest. The best outreach method for us was cold calling hands down. This is where 95 percent of our clients came from and the show up rate was higher from cold calls. Texting went horrible for us even though we had a good opener. The opener was "hey I seen that negative review (name) left (x) months ago. I went and reported this to google( I hope they take it off). People are wild out here. Then when they responded we would converse some and the pitch. This helped get the conversion going but it was so much follow up it was not worth the time for us personally. As far as the looms and the e-mails we got responses but then again it was to much follow up and it was a slow waiting game for us for people to respond back. Now im not knocking looms they are great and I have seen what a lot of people have done in this group with them but for me personally it was not fast enough for me .

@Rashaun Inman Good work! I feel that cold calling would be a lot more effective for the Home Services or any niche without your typical front desk person, you have a lot better chance of getting the owner on the phone. I've been doing some cold calling to Med Spas and Wellness clinics and have to work around the front desk person. Did you cold call different niches?
The Loom That Changed My Life... (as Promised)
First off... I thought it would take all weekend to hit the 50 GIFs with people being busy this weekend coming off a holiday.... So great job everyone! haha As for this Loom... So many things I would do differently now... This video was 4 minutes long... I started off saying "I specialize in Digital Marketing"... I still had a country/hood twang to my voice coming from working in the hood of Houston for years... I don't know how/why Dr. @Stuart Hoover (who's a member here, btw) ever game me a shot... But we went on to do some great things and explode PLUSPLUS® to the brand that it is today. 100 comments on this post and I'll drop 4 BETTER examples of Looms that I would send these days so you can see my most current version (which is pretty identical to what I cover in the Money Looms section)... But you'd probably be impressed by how consistent each video or message is and that's where you'll start really finding your stride. Lemm know what y'all think... Roast MY Loom from 7 years ago haha! ++ P.S.. Also... Here's the testimonial I drove to Kansas City (about 3 hours) to get so I could use it to get more clients... But it's cool re-living this.

Awesome! I think the main difference now is a lot more people are familiar and have been pitched the GHL process of claiming an offer and automated text/email follow ups. Now they just want to hear the solution/results not how it's done.
