Level 20 is more than training and nutrition. It's a wonderfully warm, funny, supportive community. And Jay? Consummate professional, wildly competent, motivating, hardworking, and somehow a genuinely decent human being. Frankly, obnoxious. Pick a struggle, mate!

Will it change my life entirely? Too early to tell. But I haven't regretted joining for a second. I've already built better habits around training, eating and sleeping.

Five stars. Would voluntarily suffer personal growth again!
