Voicemail Handling for outbound calls / Redialing
How do you guys handle voicemails? Right now I have a tool that adds a voicemail tag to allow it to be redialed. It's about 90-95% accurate. Wondering if someone has a better process.

@Christian Betancourt I've been trying to figure this out as we have the agent set up to double dial. Is there any way to set it up so the voicemail is only left once?

Issue Upgrading My Account Level
Does anyone know how to upgrade my assistable.ai account without clicking these pop up button options. For some reason the buttons wont let me upgrade and checkout. For context im looking to go from starter to the mid tier plan and I can't at the moment.
