@Paul Brown Not exactly. I’ve been looking for lending to purchase properties to become rentals for me. I had probate attorneys take my mom’s homes and then uncle’s property from us; my home and business. I need to recover and create an income that will sustain us. Mom is 79 and I need to get POA because she is completely ineffective at even speaking to these attorneys that seem to have come out of nowhere. Unfortunately I believed my mom when she said she was handling things. Really, she buried her head and pretended everything would be OK. She even seemed delighted when they abused us. We just saved her inherited 5 acres with a tax loan and still need to move there, away from the expenses that are eating us.
