Hey Flames! 👋 I’ve been devouring the Mojo content and decided to stop overthinking and just take action. I realized I wanted to "retire" from the grind of convincing architects to do marketing. So, I pivoted. Today, I launched: The Architects' Authority Lab 🧪 The Movement: Helping firm owners retire from the "RFP Grind" and writing unpaid proposals. The Mechanism: We build "Permanent Assets" (Educational Email Courses) that attract clients on autopilot. The Mojo: - Simple: One offer (The "Client Primer" Course). - Scalable: Fulfillment is handled by my AI Chatbot (no more manual ghostwriting hours!). - Sustainable: Running monthly auctions to sell the setup.
