Hey Everyone, I have a school on the hunt for a newer Diamond DA40. We have found a few in the $500k range. We have a triple net lease set up for it at $125/hour dry on a 40 hour monthly minimum. They are typically putting 70 hours plus per month on their fleet they have now. They are currently an all Diamond Fleet. Reach out if interested

Today was delivery day for Greg’s Cherokee. We completed its annual last week and just delivered it to a school in Georgia today!

I heard that the FAA will start mandating this new fuel. Should we be concerned?
