🍳 COOKING is Simple BUT Not Easy 🍳
Ever watched a Masterchef effortlessly whip up a culinary masterpiece and thought "Hey, I can do that too!"? Cut to you in the kitchen, wielding a spatula like a sword and suddenly disaster strikes. 🙈 I recently had an "aha moment" during GrowthWorks Certification Training with Aaron Fletcher. He dropped some wisdom: "Simple but not easy." It hit me like a rogue tomato in the face. Let me explain using the fine art of COOKING. 🎨 I love watching cooking videos. The chefs dance around the kitchen making it all look like a seamless ballet. But the moment I try to emulate their culinary magic, my kitchen turns into a war zone - pots clashing, veggies flying and the smoke alarm having a field day. Cooking is a lot like mastering any skill. It's easy for those who consistently practice it in the trenches. Nobody becomes a culinary wizard by binge-watching cooking shows. It takes actual time spent chopping, sautéing and yes burning a dish or two. They say it takes 10,000 hours of intensive practice to achieve mastery of complex skills. So if you want to become the Gordon Ramsay of your business niche, it's time to put on that apron and get to work. 🕰️ So here's the challenge. Audit and craft perfect offers for 100 businesses. It might sound daunting but remember every burnt pancake brings you one step closer to pancake perfection. 🥞 Imagine the satisfaction of creating an offer so irresistible that businesses can't resist taking a bite. It's not just about watching others succeed; it's about getting your hands dirty, making mistakes and ultimately mastering the art of crafting unbeatable offers. 🚀 Ready to step into the business kitchen and start cooking up success ? Comment "🔥" if you're up for the challenge ! Let's turn those business ideas into a gourmet feast.

€600 spent, 90 leads, 1 call (no-show...), no customers. What now?
Here are the stats: * €600 spent on Facebook & Instagram ads (€50 / day, so started 12 days ago) * unique outbound CTR 3,27% * 25% optin conversion rate * 90 leads -> €6,66 / lead * 1 call scheduled -> no show... :() * 0 customers So lead cost is OK, but conversion to the call is bad. With the target 5% conversion I should have 4 calls booked by now. I have 2 email automations that drive people to the book a call page: 1) Delivery sequence: 6 emails, every day for 4 days, then every 2 days (only week days) for the last 2 emails 2) Ninja Nurture Sequence: 2 emails per week (on Tuesday and Friday) Both sequences are based on the output of the Growthworks content engine. Open rates are OK: between 40-70%, average around 50%. Click rate to the book a call page is very low: only 1 person clicked the link in all these emails. So what should I do now? I came up with the following options: 1) Do nothing and wait to see if these people convert later (I started only 12 days ago) 2) Send more emails than 2 per week in the Ninja Nurture Sequence. 3) Make the call more benefit driven. Now it's called a growth session. Maybe stress more the fact that they get a free marketing plan? 4) Add a video above the booking page so the see me (although they must click to the page first...) 5) Add testimonials on the booking page (although they must click to the page first...) 6) Create a new lead magnet. Maybe the step from the current lead magnet to the program is too big. The current lead magnet is a checklist how to create an irresitable offer. The whole program is about getting customers with a sales funnel. Maybe I should create a sales funnel checklist? Lead cost will probably go up, but leads will be more qualified. Do you have a similar experience? What would you do? Thanks for your help!

Help please!
Hi everyone! Hope you guys are doing great? There are some questions that I have in mind for a long time and can’t really wrap my mind around it. Maybe one of you can use some teaching skills to help me understand the following: 1- what’s the difference between coaching and consulting according to you? Although there are loads of discussions and examples in front of me I still can’t figure out how that would work. Is consulting working 1:1 with an individual, providing a roadmap and framework to achieve a precise goal? Is the support included? In other words is consulting a done with you or a DIY type of service? 2- what about coaching then? 3- How would you do group coaching when you have clients enrolling anytime ? they end up having different levels so how can you provide information to suit all needs? 4- What is a recommended workflow (or at least the one that’s working for you) from lead to client if you doing consulting service? Here is the one I think about: lead act on the landing page -> prospect sees the service offering and choose 15 min Triage / discovery call -> prospect is scheduled for a second call/ info gathering and sales call (Is this call supposed to be the sales script from Aaron?) -> prospect is offered to work with us based on the second call info 5- is this workflow the same for coaching? I hope my questions are clear enough. Your answers might unlock so many things for me :) Thanks in advance!

What's the difference between consulting and coaching ? - CHATGPT 3.5 - Consulting typically involves providing expert advice or solutions based on specific knowledge or experience. It's often task-oriented and results-focused. Coaching, on the other hand, is a process that aims to help individuals improve their own performance and develop specific skills. It's more about facilitating self-discovery and personal growth. Consultants offer solutions Coaches empower individuals to find their own answers
