@Licia Rester that was great! sure your audience's gonna like it. Can I ask a question though? Are the AA videos should always be of this length? How do you know the right amount of info to give in there?

Help please! Confused about the perfect offer
Hi all! I've been trying to apply the perfect offer course to a montessori bilingual school, here in France where I live. In this case who is the customer of that school? is that the parent or the child? or do I have to go through each step of the perfect offer for both? if yes at which point it should merge? Thanks in advance for your answers!

@Aaron Fletcher Thanks so much for the reply!
Help please!
Hi everyone! Hope you guys are doing great? There are some questions that I have in mind for a long time and can’t really wrap my mind around it. Maybe one of you can use some teaching skills to help me understand the following: 1- what’s the difference between coaching and consulting according to you? Although there are loads of discussions and examples in front of me I still can’t figure out how that would work. Is consulting working 1:1 with an individual, providing a roadmap and framework to achieve a precise goal? Is the support included? In other words is consulting a done with you or a DIY type of service? 2- what about coaching then? 3- How would you do group coaching when you have clients enrolling anytime ? they end up having different levels so how can you provide information to suit all needs? 4- What is a recommended workflow (or at least the one that’s working for you) from lead to client if you doing consulting service? Here is the one I think about: lead act on the landing page -> prospect sees the service offering and choose 15 min Triage / discovery call -> prospect is scheduled for a second call/ info gathering and sales call (Is this call supposed to be the sales script from Aaron?) -> prospect is offered to work with us based on the second call info 5- is this workflow the same for coaching? I hope my questions are clear enough. Your answers might unlock so many things for me :) Thanks in advance!

@Alessandro Palermo it really does! I guess I'm too cerebral and don't trust enough my potential to help others. Thanks again

Solving your biggest challenge - coming up with an idea
This community provides tremendous resources for all us entrepreneurs! That said, many of us struggle to come up with an idea for a product or course to sell. Here are some ways to help brainstorm ideas: 1. Identify Pain Points: Look for common problems or challenges that your target audience faces. Your product or course can provide solutions to these pain points. Look on social media, watch IG, TikTok and YT short videos from people complaining about their struggles in daily life. 2. Customer Surveys: Conduct surveys or questionnaires to gather feedback from your audience. Ask about their needs, preferences, and the types of products or courses they'd be interested in. You can create free quizes and post them in message forums. 3. Competitor Analysis: Study your competitors and their offerings. Identify gaps or areas where you can provide a better or unique solution. Who's already successful in the marketplace? What are they doing? 4. Trend Analysis: Keep an eye on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts. Consider how you can leverage these trends to create relevant products or courses. For example explore how AI can create new opportunities. 5. Niche Exploration: Explore niche markets or underserved audiences. Often, catering to a specific niche can lead to more focused and successful products. 6. Personal Expertise: Consider your own expertise and passion. What are you knowledgeable about, and what can you teach or provide that others might find valuable? 7. Content Recycling: Repurpose existing content, such as blog posts, videos, or podcasts, into a comprehensive course. This can save time and resources while offering value to your audience. 8. Brainstorming Sessions: Collaborate with a team or engage in solo brainstorming sessions. Write down as many ideas as possible without judgment and then evaluate them later. 9. MVP Approach: Start with a minimal viable product (MVP) or a small course to test the waters. Gather feedback and iterate based on your customers' responses. 10. Evergreen Topics: Consider evergreen topics that remain relevant over time. Creating products or courses on subjects with enduring appeal can provide a consistent income stream.

@Darius Parsia Thanks for the info it's very helpful. In a perfect world I would like to do what Aaron is doing any thought on that?

@Darius Parsia of course!! don't get me wrong, when I said (humbly:) "doing what Aaron does", I meant helping entrepreneurs make the most of their expertise, build launch and scale on online business. I spent years struggling, buying courses, reading blogs, following gurus just to end up same spot, with no success. I feel the pain of those going through that. For the first time in my entrepreneurial life I understand the whole picture, and want to share and help from my perspective.
