How do you stay productive?
We all have own approach and path to productivity. Mine looks a bit like this 1. For Mindset - I always go back to my favorite reading Essentialism by Greg McKeown. 1. Time block planner - Cal Newport Every Sunday, I plan my week ahead. I map the activities I need to do and generally outline the stuff that is important. I don't plan to the minute or the hour. 2. Deep Work - Cal Newport My sacred hours for intense work are from Tuesdays - Thursdays. I've kept Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays as "meetings +other" days. 3. Calendar Audit - Shaan Puri I've set up a green, yellow, red tagging system to keep my calendar healthy, my body moving and my brain grooving. 4. Zone of genius - Naval Ravikant and Kapil Gupta I don't let energy draining activities take over my schedule. For eg: As a non-tech person, it's easy to think I HAVE to learn to code to avoid FOMO. But I know coding isn't for me. I don't want to pretend that it is. 5. Effective executive - Peter Drucker I track my time to see where my time is going.
