If you're just joining, be sure to introduce yourself! 👋 I’m Michael. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. I spent 7 years in New York City, then made my way back to Tennessee during the pandemic. I’ve been training for over 14 years now, so at this point it’s just part of who I am. My favorite dessert is donuts 🍩 Glad to have all of you here. Let’s keep building this thing 💪

Hello everyone, I'm Rafael from Puerto Rico. I've been working with small businesses for the last 21 years: 16 with the SBDC and recently with the Veterans Business Outreach Center. I'll hopefully get my PhD in International Business in less than 10 days. I've been working out intermittently: very hard from 2023 to 2024, and Michael Dean rescued me earlier this year... 🤣🤣 (after eating the world in Portugal and Spain) 🤣🤣🤣 I'm glad to be back on track!!! My favorite dessert: guava panetela or guava/coconut cookies from David's Cookies... 😶😁

Almost there... ⏳ We’re close to the finish line! It’s not about perfect days; it’s about showing up anyway and building real discipline 👊 What’s been the toughest part for you so far?
