The A–Z of Neurodiversity is officially rolling.
And honestly… I’m loving it. The more I’ve learned about neurodiversity, the more I’ve realised how much confusion there is. So many things get missed, misunderstood, or labelled as “bad behaviour”, laziness, defiance or overreacting… when actually, that’s not what’s going on at all. So I decided to create my A–Z of all things neurodiversity. Not a boring dry glossary. Not a load of pointless jargon. Just short, real-life videos that explain things clearly, in a way that actually lands We’re up to H already and so far we’ve covered things like: A – AuDHD B – Brain Fog C – Central Auditory Processing Disorder D – Dyslexia E – Emotional Dysregulation F – Focus Paralysis G – Global Developmental Delay H – Hyperfocus I – Interoception J – Justice Sensitivity The feedback has been amazing. So many lightbulb moments. So many “ohhh, that makes sense now” messages If you want to come and have a nosy, ask questions, or learn alongside other mums who get it, you’re very welcome inside Mums Embracing Neurodiversity. It’s free. I’m also sharing them across my socials, so you can find me there too. What’s something about neurodiversity you wish more people understood?
