Thank you Jo…I’m with the beginners offering …one thing (hard to pick just one!!) found particularly helpful is that gentle reminder to bring your awareness to the movement and what we are asking and coaxing our body to do. Whilst I love a flow state sometimes it’s nice to check in and actually question “sorry what is it that I am asking my body to do, and is it in fact doing what I think it’s doing”! Does that make sense?? I was going through week 4 this morning…and took advantage of your offering to finish class and stay in the resting pose for an extra ten minutes…half an hour later I awoke with a jolt 🤣🙈 thank you, it was obviously needed.
