abit late to this post but today I'm grateful for completing my charity challenge for SANDS. £417 raised and 150KM walked in March. Was going to be a piece of cake till my sidekick - Jet the Poodle tore his toenail clean in half. He's been on house arrest nearly all of March but grateful for movement, freedom to wander in our beautiful country and raising money for this worthwhile charity xx
Day 2 - Create a hydration ritual šŸ’¦
"The way you start your day determines how well you live your day." - Robin Sharma Our brains simply don’t function at full capacity when we’re dehydrated. Make it easier to hydrate by using a beautiful cup🄤 putting your water glass in an obvious place, or even doing a morning gratitude practice while you hydrate. Consistent morning hydration is key to sustain our overall health and wellness. Action: Drink a full glass of water first thing this week šŸ‘‡ Who drinks 1-1.5 litres of water a day?
