Top 3 things I’m focusing on this year: 1. Creating a digital imprint that can be monetized. Converting my physical books into e-books and digital formats so my work becomes scalable, evergreen, and accessible beyond physical inventory. 2. Building a sustainable digital home (website)- Moving beyond Linktree to a centralized platform that supports offers, content, sales, and long-term growth — not just links. 3. Clarifying and packaging aligned offers within a simple system. Designing clear pathways from awareness → activation → transformation, without overcomplicating or forcing scale. 8-Week Sprint Declaration Over the next 8 weeks, I’m focused on foundational build-out, not expansion. This sprint is about: - establishing my digital imprint - converting existing IP into scalable formats - and creating a centralized system that supports monetization with integrity The goal is clarity, sustainability, and aligned action — building once, intentionally, so growth has something solid to land on.
