Kia ora, 1. With turning 40 this coming September my running goal is to be the fittest and fastest Iโ€™ve ever been and hope to run a PB at kerikeri in Nov. 2. I run for the way it makes me feel both physically and mentally. I run for the social fun, the fun of exploring, and the benefits to my life overall. Looking forward to the next 10 weeks with you all
