When should we pay a fixed-fee for creators?
Hi everyone, I am considering paying a fixed fee for top-converting creators with an agreement contract that they need to post at least 10-15 videos per month with a budget of around $100-$300 per creator, and they still could access bonus/tier commission incentive. Have you tried this way and if this is a suitable way to push them to post more, sell more for the store? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. *top-converting creator are those who generated sales for us in the last 30-60 days

Thank you Julia for very clear instructions. I used the flat fee collab in TTS with 3-4 creators, at around $150-$250 each. Half of them were OK with this feature, but the rest were still unfamiliar with flat fee, didn't know how to check the payment, ... Anw, with flat fee, seller chooses when the video go live on creator's channel, as I understand it, it works as a scheduled post, so most of video performed quite flop even though creators did quite good quality content. About the payment, flat fee is quite convenient for team, just need to pay one by one invitation.

I usually deal the fee and timeline with creator first via email or TTS Chat then I will set the flat-fee invitation and send out to them
Follow-Up Strategy
I recently came across a LinkedIn post with tips on an outreach message structure that doesn’t get left on read. It's the following: "Initial DM: “Hey [Name]! Loved your video on [insert vid]. I’m from Break-Out — we’re inviting creators for a TikTok affiliate collab. Free product + % per sale + Spark support if it lands well. Want the brief?” Follow-up #1 (Day 2–3): “Just bumping this! Would love to have you on board if the timing works.” Follow-up #2 (Day 4–5): “No worries if not a fit! We’re locking in the final wave of creators this week.”" I regularly follow up with affiliates, and after seeing this, I tried turning it into a real follow-up strategy. From what I can tell, it actually works. While the message structure does not fit mine. Some affiliates who had previously overlooked the invite requested samples. What are your thoughts on it?

Hi @Viktoriia Smiatska , thank you for sharing this strategy, it’s very helpful. I’m wondering if you could also share some sample messages for the full creator outreach flow, starting from the initial invite and then the follow-up chats that help warm them up and make them more likely to respond and collaborate with us again for new samples or bonus/tier upgrade programs. It would be great to see a few examples if you have them.
Topics to discuss
A lot of questions are coming to DMs. I plan to cover a few of them in more detailed posts and of course we will pack them into playbooks. Let's choose the most interesting one for you now.

How to connect with creators in the first time, how to keep them in the long-term relationship, persuade them to post more videos aligned with our suggested winning hooks and angles

@Vitalii Khyzhniak I tried it, but I'm wondering whether the data in Sample Analysis is fully updated, because we usually track videos through the Ads video report and by manually checking the creator's profile. Also, there is usually a 2 week gap between the day I send the sample and the day the videos are posted. Anyway, I think the tool is helpful. Thank you.
