Dear TikTok Shop Sellers, Previously, I shared a post on linkedIn about the violations “High Customer Complaint Rate” and “Abnormal Operation Performance.” In that post, I also shared the documents that are usually required for the appeal process. However, some people contacted me saying their appeals were rejected, even after following the same process. A few even started blaming me and saying the documents were false. So let me clarify something important. Today I submitted another appeal for a similar case, and it was successfully approved the same day. You can clearly see the date and time in the screenshot. The reality is simple: every shop has a different case. You cannot copy paste the same appeal for every situation. Each violation must be addressed based on the specific issue, evidence, and explanation related to that particular shop. The documents and structure may be similar but the reasoning and explanation must match the actual problem of the account. So instead of blaming me when an appeal fails, the better approach is to analyze the real issue and prepare the appeal accordingly.
