Something occurred to me in relation to our theme this month...
Our theme this month is receiving and pleasure. But as I've intentionally put myself into the energy of receiving, I noticed something... I was focused on what's coming. What I want to receive. What I don't yet have. But receiving also means fully appreciating what's already here. And we often get so lost in waiting for the next thing that we forget to appreciate what we already have. Gratitude is about noticing the small things - The support you've been given. The progress you've made. The small moments of joy you might have rushed past. The more we practice noticing, the more open we become to receiving what's next. 💛 Join me Tuesday at 5:00 PM ET for our Monthly Gratitude Session. We'll spend some time reflecting on everything this month has offered and creating space for whatever comes next. What's one thing you've received this month that you're genuinely grateful for?

@Julia Poleyestewa so true! to Izabellas message- noticing and appreciating the seemingly little things (or things that are easy to take for granted) is so powerful and something i'm working on staying aware of. Like you mentioned, the ability to have the freedoms we have and to afford food etc, are actually huge things😍
New mobility videos are up!
If you're struggling with upper back/neck tension, these are for you. Split into 2 videos, we go over the basics of using a towel and foam roller for saying goodbye to those chronic pain patterns, and feeling more ease and flow in your body. You can find them in the classroom section under the new "Movement & Mobility" section. Let us know what you think and keep an eye out for more soon.

Creating more content and want to hear your ideas🦋🗣️
Hey friends! As you may know, I’m a massage therapist and lover of all things movement. From functional mobility to yoga to dance, all great somatic practices 🌞 I’m in process of creating more content and want to include some videos for our great crew here. I’ve got some ideas, but would love to hear anyone’s suggestions or what particular type of videos you’d like to have on tap? Some examples I’ve got in mind… - Simple yoga for calming nervous system - Tech neck: 3 steps to prevent the hunch - Free dance: move your body for joy and fun - Why and how to use a foam roller Let me know if any of these (or something else) resonates and we’ll rock it out. 💃

@Julia Poleyestewa thanks for the share, Julie! Yeah the chronic headaches are a bear. Will consider this when putting things together and post some new stuff soon!🤩
I know exactly what you're missing...
It's not another book. Not another podcast. Not another course. It's rest. Some of my best ideas have come as a result of the metaphysical "space" I created in my mind through rest and reset. Whether it's meditation, doing a leisurely activity that requires minimal focus, or just sitting in nature, these are the moments when I get sudden bursts of motivation and sparks of ideas. Happens every time. Allowing my mind to rest creates space for new things to enter. This week, try to make a little space in your subconscious. My EFT featured in this month's classroom can help you get started. Watch it here. Tell me, what are doing intentionally this week to rest?

yes! feel this one is so important for all of us. I'm trying to build in rest or pauses for short periods without "doing "anything else (scrolling, mental looping, etc). Intentional pause to notice my breath or the hummingbird or the sky. Neat how it automatically slows things down. 💛
Reminder for group connect tonight🦋
We’re gathering at 5pm mst. This is a space to connect, ask questions, share what’s present and feel seen and supported. If you’re around , would love to see you !
