Hi everyone I am Rabia Tanveer from Mirpur AJK, Pakistan.I am 26 years old, 5’4” in height, and currently weigh 70 kg. I work as a private college teacher from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, so maintaining a proper routine can sometimes be challenging. My goal is to lose weight and reach 57 kg in a healthy and sustainable way. I want to improve my eating habits, stay active, and become more consistent with my routine. One struggle I am currently facing is that my weight has been stuck for quite some time, which sometimes affects my motivation. Hoping to learn, stay inspired and grow with this community.
