Hi Climbers, As an alternative to Google Analytics, I use Matomo in self-hosted mode. It's an open-source tool that, even in its free version, is powerful enough to track visits to your Climbo customer app. I simply installed it using the "custom code" in the "brand" folder. Someone on the zoom call yesterday suggested a filter on the reviews for the website - To show all reviews! What you show on your website is your business and just because Google ask for no gating does not mean we have to show our clients reviews all of them( just like we may not want to show private feedback)! If you take any time to develop this - please have a toggle or slider to show only what you want to show! If they really want to go hunt negative review then they can check google or trustpilot!

I recently tried to get in touch with another agency member to discuss something outside of the typical tool setup. This person has been a huge help to me, but I actually had to join a completely different group just to send him a message. I really feel that networking between agencies is a big part of what makes a community like this work. Setting a requirement like level 9 just to start a conversation feels like a missed opportunity for all of us to grow together. I’m a big fan of Climbo and the group, so I was just curious why this rule is in place when most other groups allow open communication. Is there a particular reason for the level restriction? What do you think would it be helpful to have the possibility to chat with other agencies?
