Thanks - is there a way to view the recordings of the Zoom meetings? Sunday mornings are tough!

What are your recommendations for training solo? Obviously in person is best, but thoughts/tips on how to drill or practice when there’s no one else around? What do you do?
Hey everyone
Hey Everyone We will start with our follow along course by starting in Half Guard with the Half Guard God instructional (possibly my most in depth instructional ever) It is being uploaded to Skool now but if you cannot find it go to your Madlabbjj.com subscription to start. We will be going over the first 3 Defense and the first 3 Offense. After Our first week we will have a mini seminar Q&A. I am Excited to use skool in this way. LFG

Love how the "Okie Doke" is a variation on a Trap and Roll theme - I have so much to learn!
Hello from Auburn, AL!
Hey everyone! I'm a new white belt, only training for about 4 months before I got injured (outside BJJ). I was hitting open mat 3 times and one class per week, as well as getting smart over at MadLab - it was AMAZING. Since hurt I've had to see a bunch of docs and have been watching some videos. I'm going to use this cite as an opportunity to keep learning and, eventually, come back SMARTER. There is so much to learn! Thank you all! Go-to GIF for all things work frustrating.

I will take some requests on advice, techniques, as well as how the site functions. So the comment section is gamified for those that are most active. I would love to reward those getting the most out of the site. What things would be worthy prizes. Also those that have watched the most content I will reward as well. I want everyone to improve here and adding a little bit of competition to it will make it fun to put the work in
