How many hours has it been since your last message to them? Are you still messaging them on Upwork message or their preferred messaging platform outside Upwork?

Good. Your profile is okay, although you could optimize some things. For example, your title. It contains technical jargons. I suggest you change it to something clients would search for (see the attached screenshot). You could also shorten and simplify your profile overview. The fundamental reason you're not getting your proposals viewed is (I think) because either you're choosing bad jobs, or writing bad proposals.
