Dear lovely LTC family, Hope everyone is full of Love & Joy 💚✨🩷 For the past 2,3 days that I’ve been attending an amazing ‘30 Day Heart Coherence Challenge’, I’ve been continuously having this intuitive urge to share this beautiful event with all of you… Finally, I decided to listen to my Heart’s whisper & share the event with those interested; mainly because as we know it, the electromagnetic fields of our heart affect the people around us, as well as the collective as a whole, and the more people practicing/focusing on Love & Lovingkindness together, or shift from the head to the Heart, the more we will increase the coherence, Love & Unity in the world… Another interesting thing about this event is that there will be a group coherence meditation with thousands of people sending love and compassion to the collective on the closing event and The Heart Math Institute's Global Consciousness Project will be measuring its impact on global coherence by getting measurements from random number generators around the world!!! 🤩🥳💓🌎 This is a Free event & the challenge is to do one heart coherence meditation or technique every day for 30 days, until May 4th. The actual challenge beings tomorrow (Monday April 8th- Happy eclipse everyone!!!!🌞🌝🌍), and the pre-party began on Friday April 4th with interviews with Bruce Lipton, Heart Math Institute, Gregg Braden and some beautiful breathwork & Sound Healing sessions which you can access on their Youtube Channel on demand. So far, my experience is that it’s an awesome event for people who are looking to connect with the healing power of their hearts. Now here is little blurb about this beautiful event: The Heart Coherence Collaborative is hosting this Free “30 Day Heart Coherence Challenge”, beginning Monday morning, every day for the next 30 days they will email us a new heart coherence meditation (5 to 20 mins max) and we can do them at any point throughout the day.
