Because during the Challenge I'm going to give you everything you need to get your first (or next) coaching client... ...without needing an audience, a big budget, an existing program to sell, or having to post videos every day. You don't need anything "ready" for this to work for you. You just need to show up and to commit to finishing the steps laid out for you. For example... Here's what you get for attending today's session: Day 1 (19 May): How To Create A High Ticket Offer That Stands Out So you know exactly what you need to do to charge $1,500+ for your coaching... And find clients who are HAPPY to invest that much (and more) to work with you. Sound good? The Challenge free to attend... But you need to complete your registration here for access. Let's gooo!

I wanna know your opinion
It is said that coches don't ask why, instead they ask what. And there are many logical reasons. But for me is almost the same or the same. And It gets worse in spanish: We should not ask "por qué" but "para qué" In English I can see a difference, but I think that depends on how do you ask "why". In Spanish definitly don't make difference to me. Whats your opinion, do you see efective difference? And how does It work for you and your clients? Thanks on advance for share your oppions, maybe they help me to see the Deep difference.

Good question, @Jorge Navarro. My first coach training taught me the same, that 'why' isn't a good question because it's judgmental and doesn't encourage open honesty, but justification. I think you're right, though, that how you ask 'why' is what's important. When I want to dig deeper I ask 'how' so they can walk me through their decision or experience, and 'what' to dig in for details.

Ego Driven Behaviors
How you can deal with clients ego driven behaviors as an expert coach?
2 likes • Aug '24
That's a great question, @Mirna Al Ali. Do you mean for your client? If so, it's important for them to realize when and how their behavior is driven by their egos. You can get them there by asking them questions to pinpoint what motivates and drives them, and running it down till they realize what feeds their egos - is it complexes, trauma, pride, etc. Having an understanding of what feeds their ego and whether or not it adds value is a good place to start transforming their behavior for the better. The key is self-honesty for self-awareness, and then self-leadership through emotional intelligence. Hope this helps.
