What to do in case of a challenging situation to put the belief systems on paper? As i unlocked the level 2, in the middle of someting.

@Pari Patri I meant to ask, if that one rigid belief system is hard to express to trasmute on to the paper what to do? Lets say like.. If i tell my intention or plan before hand it won't happen!! Kind of belief system!! Now did you got the context?
