Hello, Everyone, Been attempting the practice Exam questions by PMI institute, been a little surprised by the answer provided by the PMI for this particular question and would want to here your opinion of the answer and possible explanation. Here is the question. The initial draft of the project management plan has been completed. The project manager needs to present the draft to stakeholders for review and approval. However, time is limited, the plan is lengthy, and stakeholders are geographically distributed across multiple locations. What should the project manager do to ensure the review is completed on time? I plan to take the exam in February. Looking for a fast paced study regime. I have done the 35hr course, approved for the exam and bought PMI SH. I am EST based but very flexible on time.
