How do you onboard clients without them touching N8N
A friend of mine told me his approach: - The client logs into the dashboard (front-end), but all the heavy lifting happens in the background via n8n. - For integrations (like Google, Slack, etc.), we either: Use OAuth, client logs in once, and n8n stores the token securely. - Have them add their API keys into a client dashboard (or send them securely), and we plug them into their private workflow. That way, the client never touch n8n, but it still runs on their data, their tools. Once that’s set up, they’re basically using your automation engine without even knowing it exists. You just deliver the outcome. All you need is a webhook. WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THIS? DO YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT APPROACH?

@Matt Silvers yes it was addressed in the group I’m part of.
Automate Your Learning Using n8n
Here is an example of an n8n automation I built that scrapes an RSS Feed for high quality AI content (whitepapers, research papers) and calls AutoContentAPI via HTTP Request and generates editable podcasts and distributes them to me via multiple channels (Gmail, Telegram, and Google Drive) on a weekly basis. In short, audio learning is the most digestible format for me. This automation helps me stay up to date with high quality AI content every week without having to search for it. I was in search of a NotebookLM API for a while now, but it's still unclear as to whether Google will further pursue the project, so that means no API for now. Feel free to DM me if you would like access :)

Skool Community Calls > Newsletters?
Been playing with an idea: AI agent turns community call transcripts into weekly Skool posts or newsletters. Built on Apify/Other relevant tool for calls + n8n AI Agent + Skool API. Worth pursuing?

Are Skool communities...empty boxes?
What’s one data-driven decision you’ve made that actually helped your community grow or improve? A lot of Skool communities lately feel kinda… empty. Like yeah, the automations are slick. AI this, AI that. But where’s the actual value? Where’s the soul? Feels like people are building these perfectly optimized machines… that no one really wants to be part of. I’ve been experimenting with this myself—had a few failed starts, messy tries. But I’m slowly figuring out what actually matters. Would love to hear how you're thinking about it too.

@Max Gibson I hear you, Max. A lot of the culture of a community is really based on what you call an active and visible leader, right? So if the founder is not active and they're not visible, and that's the reason why you came to the community, then that can be the make it or break it of any community.

@Hichem Dahmani Love this video. I worked in a data organization for over a decade, and data-driven decisions are so important because they really allow you to make informed decisions, essentially, that are based on data, which are supposed to be neutral and objective, and not based on your emotions or your wishlist. That's the importance of data-driven decision-making. Using data for that is crucial because a lot of people may have a theory or a hunch about what they should do, but when they look at the data, sometimes the data tells a different story. And that's part of the importance of understanding all the different aspects.
AI-Powered Journaling: How I Use n8n to Build Self-Awareness
Hi everyone, I created a new workflow automation in n8n dedicated to helping users build the habit of journaling, as well as using AI for our own personal growth, not just business purposes. https://youtu.be/nnMq_NHCQwg That's the link if you'd like to check it out, and the downloadable JSON is also in my community if you'd like to try it out yourself. Happy Friday! :)

This is exactly what we need... in this fast-paced life, we need something to automate our ability to be mindful, as ironic as that may seem.
