…live more by habit or by “going with the flow”? A lot of us say we want consistency… but when the day gets busy or we’re tired, we naturally fall back into whatever feels easiest in the moment. @Lauren Lewis that's been our struggle. We're particular about who we're with and who's in the presence of our son. We haven't trusted many people to watch him, so it's mostly back and forth between myself and his mom. I will say it's very fulfilling to be with him more than I work. Not easy, and not lucrative, but rewarding in multiple dimensions.

I had the habit of recording and posting on IG every day, for 30 days, and I've taken a few days of as of now, but I'm feeling like getting back on it and I have a plan to make more content so I have extras on the days I don't feel like recording.

@Lauren Lewis to keep IG fast and easy... 1) have stuff to say, whether you've got things to talk about, you have a habit of journaling, or simply have lots of topics in the brain. 2) energize your body/mind in some way, like dancing, juggling, walking, or simply getting inspired by other creators. 3) take a selfie video and record what's on your mind, add captions, and post. If you have more time, you could do silent b-roll with voice over which is also fun and easy with the edits app, so you can plan a script out if you prefer
