DAY 10 GRADUATION DAY CHECK-IN Day 1 BP:138/88 I Day 10 BP:130/86 Day 1 Weight: 183lbs | Day 10 Weight: 181lbs Day 1 Stress: 10 /10 | Day 10 Stress: 4/10 Day 1 Energy: 6/10 Day 10 Energy: Energy: 5/10 My 3 eliminations were: Cafeine, Soda. Less Salt/ Processed foods. My 3 additions were: Walking 20 min, Hibiscus, and Magnesium. The biggest change I noticed (besides the numbers) My mindset. What I am keeping forever: I can be my own Doctor. Would I recommend this challenge? YES My message to someone who has not yet started: Join us, it’s a game changer 😊.
