If you missed last night's call β here's the move (and what's next)
For everyone who couldn't make last night's call β the recording is in the VIP room, but here's the substance so you don't miss the move: π΅ The Pressure Triangle: your blood pressure isn't one thing. It's three corners feeding each other β BP, blood sugar, cortisol. Most doctors treat the BP corner alone and wonder why nothing sticks. The protocol moves all three. The biggest lie I broke last night was this one: "If I stop my meds, I'll stroke out." Here's the truth I gave the room: You don't stop your meds first. You move the NUMBERS first. THEN your doctor tapers you. When your morning BP runs 118/72 for two weeks straight on your medication, your doctor cuts your dose. He has to. It's malpractice not to. Your underlying triangle is fixed, your numbers stay good, and eventually you're off β with his blessing and his signature on the chart. You're not bypassing your doctor. You're giving him better numbers to work with. That's the whole thing. The 30-day protocol is the engine that gets you those numbers. β What's next: Last night was the only free live coaching call. Starting next Monday at 10pm ET, the calls move to VIP-only. Every week, on camera, with your numbers in front of me. The cost of not upgrading isn't $97. It's another month of guessing. Another month of your doctor adding pills. Another month where the next reading scares you. VIP is $97. Capped at 50 seats per cohort. Cohort 2 doors open Friday May 15 β if you miss this window, the next round opens June 1. To upgrade: reply VIP to any of my emails, or head to bpquiz.com and pick Coached at checkout. β Drop a question below if anything from last night's call needs clarifying. I'm reading every comment today. β Joel
