Starting Point — 9 Nov 2026Weight: 89.1 kg / 196 lb Before photo: Attached My goal is clear: drop the belly fat and reveal some honest six-pack definition. Here’s my plan: - Fasting - Strength training - HIIT - Hypertrophy work (so expect the photos to tell a better story than the scale) I’m also aiming to dial back my alcohol intake. I’m not getting messy every night — just drinking enough to make the belly hang around longer than I want. I’ll be in Bali for the next two months, and I’m planning to track down some good kettlebell gyms and stay consistent. Let’s set the tone, stay accountable, and finish these six weeks strong. 👊🔥
