I have a craftsman client who installs heating systems. Is it possible to develop an AI automation that lets him scan the heating system and pipes with a smartphone camera, and the AI then automatically knows the length of the pipe/what type of pipe it is, as well as which heating system, etc., and then generates an invoice from this?

Hey everyone, I’ve been testing AI voice agents for cold calling over the past few weeks and wanted to see if anyone here has cracked the code with this. I’ve tried 3 different AI voice setups so far and made 300+ calls targeting UK plumbing businesses. The offer is: an AI receptionist that answers calls 24/7, confirms leads, and books appointments automatically. But… zero meetings booked so far. 😕It’s making me wonder: 👉 Is it that people just don’t like AI voices calling them? 👉 Or maybe UK businesses (especially in trades) are just harder to reach this way? I’d love to hear from anyone who’s had actual success with AI voice agents for cold outreach especially in the UK or similar service-based markets. What niche are you targeting? What kind of script or hook worked best for you?Did you make any tweaks that really moved the needle? Open to any insights I’m in testing mode. 🙌

Hey everyone 👋 I'm exploring the idea of using a voice AI agent for cold calling leads in the U.S., and I want to make sure everything I build is 100% compliant with regulations like: - TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) - National & State DNC (Do Not Call) lists - FCC rules on automated and AI-based calls I understand that the U.S. has very strict rules when it comes to outbound calls — especially when AI or pre-recorded voices are involved. From what I’ve gathered so far, things like prior express written consent, human-initiated dialing, and clear opt-out mechanisms are essential. But here’s what I’d love to know from this awesome community: 👉 Has anyone here built a voice agent (AI or otherwise) that’s fully compliant for cold calling in the U.S.? - How did you handle DNC list checks? - What platform/tools did you use for consent and compliance? - Any lessons learned or mistakes to avoid? - Is it even viable to cold call using AI legally — or better to stick to human reps?
