BPC
Big day in the biohacking lab. After endless research, I finally told my screaming joints to shut up and went for it. First 250mcg dose of BPC-157 is officially in the books. I definitely had to give myself a high-stakes locker room pep talk to ignore the, don't stab yourself, signals my brain was firing off, but hey, apparently heart palpitations from pure anticipation are totally standard. Here’s to hoping my tendons appreciate the message I just sent them.

@Joe Franklin I have researched that people are taking Tirz, and adding a small dose of Reta. I am doing great on Tirz, however I wasn't sure if the Reta helps with keeping muscle.

A Few Group Guidelines (Please Read)
Hey everyone, We don't need a wall of rules around here, but I want to lay out a few simple guidelines for posts, comments, and how we operate. None of this is aimed at anyone, it's just here for the good of the group long term and to keep this the quality space. 1. Be respectful. Straightforward, and nobody's had an issue with it. Just always keep it in mind. 2. No self-promotion or pushing random products. This is a closed group and the content should reflect that, not a place where people get random products thrown at them. Nobody's doing this, I'm just setting the expectation now for future knowledge. 3. No discussion of overseas vendors, group buys, unapproved vendor names, or outside groups. This is a learning space. We're selective with the vendors we vet so people have a quality place to go if they need one. I don't care if you source outside of them, just do it in silence. This is to prevent issues, keep people from getting scammed, and make sure the groups aren't the place that stems from. 99% of the time your vendor is irrelevant to the actual conversation anyway. To be clear: posting companies is against group rules. 5. Check the classroom topics before posting. Not to be mean, but a lot of the time the answer's already in there. Too much of a flood of the same questions buries the good stuff and lowers engagement as the page gets clogged with stuff that's already been answered. I'm only doing this to maximize engagement and keep the group worthwhile long term for everyone. 6. Report anything sketchy. If someone ever finds their way in here and DMs you weird stuff, seems scammy, whatever , let me know in a DM and I'll remove them. These are all here to maximize engagement and keep this a safe, high-quality place to learn. Appreciate you all.
