NAD+ Report Based on Community Feedback
Take a look at this report based on REAL data. They pulled 50+ real-world NAD+ reports from an actual community of researchers and coded the trends. No guru theories, no "trust me bro" protocols. Just what people actually reported. What's inside: - Dosing ranges that showed up most across the reports - The frequency and cycling patterns people gravitated toward - The benefits that came up again and again - The side effects and where they tended to cluster - Responder vs non-responder patterns (this part is fascinating) The whole thing is nerd-out gold if you like seeing where the community actually lands instead of where the influencers say it should. This is the kind of work I want to keep sharing. More mini-reports and guides like this, built on real feedback instead of recycled expert takes. Nothing cuts through the BS faster than real-world data. Quick note so nobody misreads it: this is based on community feedback, descriptive only. It's hypothesis-generating, not medical advice. It's a map of what the community reported, which is exactly what makes it useful. Grab the free PDF below. If you get value from it, drop a comment with what surprised you.

Hi @Jane Reno , We have a full course in the classroom titled "How to Inject Safely."

@Jane Reno this thread is about NAD so you may want to create a new post so the community knows what you are talking about to give you the best feedback.
Next cycle
I am currently on a small amount of test, NAD, tesamorelin, ipamorlin, mot c and Reta. I will be finishing this cycle in a few weeks and looking for something that will add a little more muscle mass. Any suggestions?

In my research I would keep the test as the baseline and the NAD+ doesnt have to be cycled. You could research MK-677 for 4 weeks then CJC-1295 no DAC/Ipamorelin works well for adding lean muscle, I have seen the best results using 250mcg/250mcg in the AM when you wake up and then again before you train. Also when you stop researching MOTS-c, look into researching SS-31 for 4 weeks at 2mg a day to help with mitochondria repair.

For advanced researchers you could add IGF-1 LR3 for 3 weeks: 25 mcg on training days, post-workout (subQ). Just have to eat more carbs.
Curious abt stacking and timing
Interested in learning about the stack of peptides one can use at one time, amount and timing throughout the week. For example, SS-31 (50mg), NAD (1,000mg), GHKCU (50mg), BPC-157 (10MG), TB-500 (2mg) .. and possibly tesamorelin (20mg).. was considering Reta, but I do not want to lose muscle body fat, nor interested in leaning out and keeping muscle mass. My goal is better brain function, natural energy, fixing mitochondria & Hpa axis, gut health, skin health and liver function.

@Alisa Kotvas Based on your goals you could stack 250mcg of BPC-157 daily, 2.5mg of TB-500 every 5 days and 1.25mg of GHK-cu daily. This will help with tissue and skin repair, collagen, and anti-inflammatory. I would start low with with 25-50mg of NAD+ three times a week along with 2-4 mg of SS-31 for 4-6 weeks.. This will help with mitochondrial repair and ATP production. If energy is improving but you want additional support for Phase 2 (Weeks 7-12) Add: MOTS-c, 5-10 mg twice weekly in the AM to improves mitochondrial metabolism. Its a excellent exercise signaling peptide and helps metabolic flexibility and works best after SS-31. Then consider: Epitalon, 5 mg nightly for 20 days. Only do this every 6-12 months This is probably the best longevity peptide available from a safety standpoint. Instead of adding Tesamorelin, I'd consider compounds with more direct evidence for cognitive benefits like Pinealon, Dihexa or Semax with Selank. I'd only add Tesamorelin if I had, high visceral fat, poor sleep or age-related GH decline with documented low IGF-1. If you are considering Reta but dont need it for fat loss, there are other benefits of taking low dose like .5mg-1mg per week as it helps keep blood glucose level and some new research has shown longevity properties. The trick to keeping muscle with it is to eat at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight and lift weights at least 4 times per week.
Happy Friday!!!
Alright family, it is Friday and my shoulder feels as smooth as it should after using BPC-157 since February 2026, and now it is only an injection away from fighting my rotator cuff. Since February 2026, Tirzepatide made it possible for me to lose 60 pounds. Finally, my body understood that I do not need emergency winter fat reserves in Florida. It seems that the time has come to let loose KLOW and get rid of this chicken neck. This stuff works great as people claim, and I may end up having Greek statues’ jaw by August. The healing effect that I get from BPC is so great that I am ready to create my peptide Avengers: • BPC-157 (healing agent); 10mg • KPV (inflammation killer); 10mg • GHK-CU (blue copper goddess of collagen). 50mg Crohn’s disease? Check! Body repairs? Check! Neck tremor? Check soon! All these peptides will make me enter Monday feeling like an advertisement for a collagen factory. Happy Friday, peptide friends—hope your vials are cold, your syringes are sharp, and there are no side effects. Oh, and I cannot forget the TB. 10mg

Just make sure your taking in enough eletrolytes and add zinc and collagen protein and Vit C to your daily intake too. These are the tools that help the GHK do a better job.
Hospira Bac Water
Hey everyone... I have heard from a good source that allegedly, Pfizer is about to raise the price of Hospira Bacteriostatic water by up to a potentially 65% increase. If you want to stock up prior to this happening, I know Universal Biolabs has this in stock and with their 25% sale its only $18.74. I wouldn't say panic buy, but if you want to get it at a potentially lower price than it may be in the future, I would say it's a fair assumption that buying now is a safe option. Again, DON'T go panic buy, but if you want to get yourself a healthy insurance policy during the sale, I'd say it's valid. Link: https://universalbiolabs.go2cloud.org/SH8
