The Real Cost of Inaction: What Your Fear Is Stealing From You
Most entrepreneurs don’t get stuck because the opportunity wasn’t good… They get stuck because fear was louder than their faith. Fear from past hurt. Fear from unmet expectations. Fear from wondering, “What if it doesn’t work?” But here’s the truth we don’t like to admit… Most things DO work. We just don’t follow through long enough for the results to show up. We get in our own way. We hesitate. We second-guess. We stop before we even begin. So ask yourself… What is the cost of your inaction? What is it costing you by not showing up? By not saying yes? By not taking action when the door was wide open? It could be the relationship that expands your network in ways you can’t imagine. It could be the income sitting on the other side of one brave decision. It could be the chance to serve someone who desperately needs what YOU have to offer. Complacency kills dreams. It kills momentum. It kills purpose. So today, take inventory. What are you doing right now that creates impact? And what are you NOT doing that keeps you stuck in the same place? Your future isn’t waiting on the opportunity. It’s waiting on you.

Great Roundtable Discussion
@Jr Spear thanks for hosting a great discussion this morning! It was an honor to be a participant. I learned a lot from each of the other panelists and had a great time. I'm looking forward to further discussions with each of the others. There was such a wealth of wisdom and experience showcased by each! I really appreciate you putting that together and look forward to more!

Checking in…
Good morning everyone! We only have a few months left in the year and if you are like most entrepreneurs you start to slow down, relax, and get complacent. Complacency kills! This is the time to keep momentum, keep the foot on the gas peddle and not slow down. Plan for success and be prepared for the upcoming year. What do you need to do today to make sure you have a plan for success? Are you taking action? Identify the bottlenecks holding you back… Comment below, where do you need the most support? Connect with our team and community every Tuesday at 2pm EST to strategize with a game plan and help you achieve the success you desire. You don’t have to do business alone!

@Andi Vega If you're open, I'd be happy to go into more detail, if there's anything in my story that you can use to help others, I'm all for it!

The Golden Ticket to Closing More Sales
Most people fail in sales not because they don’t know what to say, but because they never learn how to listen. Too many salespeople spend the whole conversation thinking about their next line, their rebuttal, or their clever closing question. The golden ticket is already being handed to them in the words of the person they are talking to. The client will tell you what they need. They will tell you their pain points, their priorities, and even what it will take for them to say yes. But you will miss it if you are too busy trying to sound smart instead of being present. Want to win more sales? Slow down. Listen with intention. Ask better questions and actually hear the answers. Because the best closers are not the best talkers. They are the best listeners.

I was just having a similar conversation with some professional speakers with regard to networking specifically, but the principle is the same, speaking is most certainly one of, if not the most people-business there is... As speakers, most of us really like to talk but fail when it comes to deeper communication skills like listening, serving, and building good relationships that translate into paying, loyal, customers. We don't know what we don't know. Relationships are key, I like to suggest what i call the top 5 books for entrepreneurs in a people business: #1 The magic of Thinking Big - David Schwartz #2 How I raised myself from failure to success in selling - Frank Bettger (pronounced “Bet-cher”) #3 Personality Plus - Florence Littauer #4 How to have confidence and power in dealing with people - Les Giblin #5 How to Win friends and influence people - Dale Carnegie I stock copies of all these books and sell them to my coaching clients. I cannot recommend these books more highly!
